“Necessity is the mother of invention”, a statement which has been proved since a long decades in different sectors of highly developed technological world. Starting from steam engine to computer, human mind is continuously trying to achieve success either by inventing new things or by discovering unexpected concepts from the expected. The whole world is based on competition, challenges and struggle. The requirement of dynamic personalities is greatly felt to run the technological world in a progressive way. Vast recruitments are on the process to get better human resource. Campus is organized in different educational sectors to garner multipurpose candidates for the respective job. Inside the classroom, the lecture is not enough to feed lessons into the mind of the students of higher studies like managements, computers, engineering, etc. Co-curricular activities, assignments on different subject matters of their respective education, case study, real-life experience, seminars and conferences etc. should be organized to make the students able to be fit in the corporate world. Proper etiquette and communication skills will matter a lot in this regard. A passive or an aggressive student can not achieve success in the campus in comparision to an assertive student. While attending the campus, it has been a mindset of general students how to impress the interviewers. For this, they mug up all the lessons taught in the class rooms. But, sorry to say, in between their preparation, they forget that “Education can be taught to someone but not Culture”. In the corporate world, if anything matters then it is sincerity and devotion to work along with excellent way of professional approach. These lessons cannot be taught to someone unless he or she is not sensible. It is also a matter of concern in the corporate world that “what to speak is not important rather than how to speak is important”.

The corporate sectors believe in performance. 24*7 has become the rule of these sectors. In this highly economic developing world, where no one wants to be idle, it is very absurd to think that one should work for only 8 hours a day. When a student is going to attend any campus to get selected for job, he or she must keep in his or her mind that the corporate sectors are full of challenges. Work pressure is inevitable. Hence, one must learn about how to be adjustable in such situations. During the academic sessions, the qualities like team-spirit, punctuality, creative bent of mind and the last but not the least honesty must be cultivated in order to lead the corporate world. Appropriate get-up or dress code is also a matter of fact.
